It's A Ghost Town Around Here!

Hi Folx!

It's been forever and a day since I snuck through here to pay a visit; let me just blow the dust off as I park here a second and fill you in on what's been going on around here, Craig David style...

Firstly, I owe you all the biggest of apologies for just dropping out without a word but, there was a reason, which I am sure you have been dying to hear 🤣!

The reason for the bramble bush blowing around here is that Yours Truly is writing a book! I am penning an autobiography, told from the perspective of a fictional character. It's called 'A Character's Life', and I am 16.5 out of 21 chapters and an epilogue, deep.

I found that it really became impossible to keep up with my posts here and get any work done on the book, due to my physical conditions, so one had to give, even if only for a short (long) while.

What that means is, please do not write me off, I am not done here by any stretch of the imagination; I simply cannot manage both projects with my health in this condition and worsening.

If you would like a snippet of what to expect from my forthcoming memoir, then please check out my Facebook Page (where I am very active for those who want a bit of action - steady on, I didn't mean that and you know it!). There you will find some pieces that I admit there should be more of by now; but if we consider based on the ethos of quality over quantity, then I hope that you will be pleased!

Whilst blogging is truly a passion of mine, and I miss speaking to you all regularly; I also wanted to expand on the definition of the type of writer that I want to be. Not one known only for writing the occasionally entertaining blog post (although I strive for always), but one who is also known for the depth of her creative writing as well.

So until the next post, which I will drop in to provide you with from time to time before those 5.5 chapters are completed; I wish you well, I wish you love, and I wish you happiness.
